Link Utility Consultants (“we”, “us”, “our”) is an energy broker providing services to businesses seeking energy supply contracts including Gas, Electric, and water.

We act as a Third Party Intermediary (TPI) and are not an energy supplier.

We may:

  • Obtain quotes from energy suppliers
  • Provide advice on available tariffs and contract options
  • Arrange energy supply contracts on your behalf
  • Provide ongoing account management (if agreed)

We do not guarantee savings and you are responsible for your final decision.

  1. Our Role

We act as an intermediary between you and energy suppliers.

  • We do not supply energy
  • Your contract will be directly with the supplier
  • The supplier’s terms and conditions will apply

  1. Fees and Commission

We may receive commission from energy suppliers.

  • This commission is typically included within your unit rates
  • You will not usually receive a separate invoice from us
  • We may also charge a direct fee where agreed in advance

By agreeing to proceed, you consent to us receiving commission.

  1. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Review all contract terms before agreeing
  • Ensure you understand contract length, rates, and termination terms

You are responsible for verifying that the contract meets your needs.

  1. Quotes and Validity
  • Energy prices are time-sensitive and may change
  • Quotes are subject to withdrawal by suppliers
  • Contracts are only confirmed once accepted by the supplier

  1. Contract Agreement

By accepting a contract:

  • You enter into a legally binding agreement with the supplier
  • You may be subject to termination fees if you cancel early

We are not responsible for supplier charges or contract enforcement.

  1. Cooling-Off Period

For most business energy contracts:

  • There is no statutory cooling-off period
  • Once agreed, contracts are binding

We will:

  • Use your information to obtain quotes and manage contracts
  • Share necessary details with energy suppliers

We comply with applicable data protection laws.

We are not liable for:

  • Losses arising from supplier actions or failures
  • Indirect or consequential losses
  • Business losses including loss of profit
